At Serenity Risk Solutions, we uphold the highest standards of service to ensure the protection of client assets and the safety of patrons at events of all sizes, ranging from intimate gatherings of 50 to large-scale events hosting up to 30,000 patrons. Our team consists of distinctly uniformed and fully licensed/insured crowd controllers who are meticulously trained to monitor crowd and patron behavior with precision and professionalism.

We monitor all patron enter / exit points, monitor patron entry points to venues based on criteria such as; intoxication, aggressive behavior, or other standards. The term “Bouncer” reflects attitudes of past, our personnel are trained to communicate verbally which may otherwise become a physical event. However should a situation arise our staff have the ability to use “open handed” techniques to restrain and evict patrons. Crowd Controllers are also used in a “Public Relations” role as they can be the first point of contact for patrons and customers.


We take a proactive approach to crowd management by monitoring all patron entry and exit points, as well as assessing individuals based on criteria such as intoxication or aggressive behavior. Unlike outdated stereotypes associated with the term "Bouncer," our personnel are trained to prioritize verbal communication to de-escalate situations before they escalate into physical confrontations.
However, should a situation require intervention, our staff are equipped with the necessary skills to use "open-handed" techniques to restrain and evict patrons safely and efficiently.
In addition to their security responsibilities, our crowd controllers also serve as ambassadors, fulfilling a public relations role as the first point of contact for patrons and customers.
